Application Checklist - Feedback Needed!

Hey folks, I drafted a checklist for potential new players for posting on the Wiki, but I really need feedback on if it's useful enough, from both players and readers/followers/potential applicants. Have a quick read-through and let me know if there's anything that needs adding/removing/editing/etc?

Note: Due to LJ weirdness with multiple links in a post, you will need to right click and open the wiki links in a new tab.
