FIC: Haller and Manuel

This is purely noncanon, as the character has been retired from the game, but Red and I went about speculating about what that threatened meeting between Haller and Manuel would have been like. And then the intellectual exercise sort of turned into a log. We had no clue what to do with it, so we decided to just call it fic and be done with it. So, yeah. Enjoy.
