The X-Project

Hello!

I'm Alison and, for my sins, I have been deemed worthy to take over as Storm and join your august company.

What's to tell? Well, I'm English, was born and have lived practically all my life in Liverpool. I'm...probably more than a little older than all of you *grin*.

I only started RPing at the beginning of March this year and have only played on lj. Addictive though, isn't it? *twitch* I got into the X-Men as a teenager and have been a fan for about 25 years, although I got rather woefully cast into the wilderness with the obligatory domesticity of Raising Children.

I have a dog, Moose, whom I adore. I did have three until this summer, but that's another story. I worship the ground Johnny Depp walks on and would cheerfully abandon dog and children with nary a backward glance should he so much as click his exquisite fingers at me. I also have a deep and abiding lust for Ben Browder (this is an exercise known as 'keeping one's options open') and all things Farscape. Musically, I'm fairly easy, and will listen to a lot of stuff. I'll admit to a particular fondness for the Eagles, Savage Garden, Kate Bush, and recently, thanks to the very persuasive scriblix, Muse and Jeff Buckley.
