I forgot to give Chelsea a ref for clothes, then sent her the log where Catseye and JP meet as a personality ref, so I think I gave her the wrong impression about Cats. So it's one of those things where, if you like it, kudos to the artist, and if you hate it, it's all my fault. ;)
Well, the only reason Cats wears clothes is because of all the serious awkward that would happen with naked teenage girl in a boy's bed so Forge made her the collar that shifts with her from a tee shirt and shorts to a collar in cat form. It's actually spot on for her to be naked.
