I've already thanked people generally for this one, but I wanted to make it Official this time. Huge thanks to everyone involved - there's been some truly awesome logging from this and I can honestly say this is one plot that was made by the reactions. Special thanks to Doqz, who socked Yvette's father for me and took him in directions I hadn't anticipated but which made so much more sense and which were as creepy as all hell. Also thanks to everyone in the game at large for letting me technically hijack the game for a week - I know it's difficult, sitting back and playing the waiting game, but I really appreciate the consideration.

Finally, thanks to Matt Nute, whose song lyric meme provided the grist for this particular mill.

Ever since I saw the log with Emma and Logan and Yvette's father I start grinning whenever I think of Wolverine's "See, the woman next to me here can make you want to spend the rest of your pathetic little life believing you're a seven-year-old girl." threat.

Oh, Logan. It did really impress you when Xavier used that one on you, right? :D

You should totally shower his player with experience points for this line. Even though X-project doesn't use XP as far as I know. Just because.

And Logan figured a guy like that's all wrapped up in being a hardass, in being who and what he is.

Taking that away's a pretty potent threat. It's a very good thing Logan's not a telepath.

Ahhh Yvette goodness. I loved the plot, Ros, and was glad I could be a part of it. Honestly, the snapshot of Fred watching Yvette 'watching' herself 'normal' has been stuck in my head since. It was memorable and character building. Kudos, my dear friend. Kudos.
