Uh, hu. If I start biting nails again, it is all your fault. It's terribly exciting to see the plot unfold right now, with Gambit on the loose and cracking Scott and all which is bubbling in the background.

And good to know. I was wondering. I really don't know much about the X-Men but if Gambit had a established german background too I think I would have caught that at some point.

Nope, Gambit's background canon-wise has no German. However, in canon, he also didn't spend 15 years in Europe as a sadistic assassin.

Interestingly enough, one of the few European langauges that my Remy doesn't speak is French.
