Meme: What If?

Something Dex and I toss around occasionally during pub talk is a sort of 'what if' game in reference to the unplayed characters. Essentially, what would you do to bring back/bring in as a PC and play a particular character, in a way that makes sense given their previous canon? I thought I'd share, and maybe see what other people (not just players, mind!) might do, if given the purely-hypothetical chance.
