Bobbi has a big flirthing going on with Warren, though she's pretty conflicted about that as he's her boss and all. It's getting pretty Complicated. She also has a crush on Amanda because she's Amanda and Bobbi is a little fascinated by magic in general.

He's never had any yet, but there's a ton of potential for that to happen. XD I can see him trying to be creative and adding an icy touch or something that ends up in a horrible re-enactment of that scene from A Christmas Story only involving genitals. XD
