There are some changes this time around, so this is how it will work:

Michael! Apart from the fact you're an awesome human being who is always a pleasure to hang out with AND you're a freaking amazing journalist, you've been such a huge part of XP since you joined. Gabe is a wonderfully complicated delight and Cece is so very human in a very non-human world. We need to do more. :)
