x_projectYes, it's the love meme! Isa and I have been talking about posting it and finally talk has become action! Here's the drill: every player has a comment below for folks to leave love. It doesn't have to be words, gifs are also good. We're going backwards to distribute the love evenly (people get worn out by the end of the alphabet, so lets start with them this time!).
We've also included links to the player's wiki page and their character's logs, so you can take a refresh peek at what they've been doing. We'll also link to the individual threads from the player pages, so you can go back later and bask when you need it.
No negativity - if you can't say something positive, don't say anything at all, as the saying goes. ;)
If for any reason you'd rather not be included ping Isa or I and we'll quietly remove your thread. Or, if giving feedback publicly is a bit much, you can email the person directly (email addies are available on the player pages).
No time limits - do your best and no love is too small!

Date: 2022-08-04 11:24 pm (UTC)"Really? This place getting through a Halloween and a Christmas without some kind of disastrous myshap has to be some kind of record." He mused, as he fiddled with the strength allocations on Dragoness' entry.
"Oh. That. Well, I just take the holiday disasters for granted." Kitty shrugged. "Although no one ever attacks on Hanukkah. Except my mother."
She watched him for a while longer, noticing that he set the strength on Dragoness higher than she would have, then said, "Maybe you should take a break from fixing up the Brotherhood settings. I know it's fun and all, but..." The words trailed off, her smile growing tighter as she waited to see if Kane would call her out for sticking her nose in where it wasn't wanted or needed.
"They are coming for us and believe me, they aren't what we think they are any more. Better training, better tactics, a few particularly nasty new recruits..." Kane said. "We need our edge back, and that means training against their full capabilities. And before you say anything, no this isn't therapy or penance or some kind of technological hairshirt. So, unless you got something more distracting, snoop..."
"Maybe, but..." She shrugged, then grinned. "You're probably more interested in playing with your toys than jumping into a giant wormhole."
"Jumping in a what now?" Kane said, his head coming up from the monitor.
"You miss a lot when you hide away in the Danger Room, dont'cha know?" Kitty said. She then proceeded to update him about the wormhole and the state of affairs at the mansion, her mind so full of words that she rattled them out quickly before they could get lost somewhere between brain and tongue. She watched his face for a reaction - any reaction - hoping that instead of apathy or worse, continued obsession, she sparked something that would get Kane away from whatever had happened and back out toward the real world.
Well, as real as the mansion ever got.
After she finished telling him, she halted, looking both awkward and fifteen years younger - like the Kitty who had once gotten migraines and fallen through floors. Like her, that Kitty had wanted to help her friends, but never knew how. Always felt in the way.
