So, between these posts, my characters and I are taking our leave from X-Project for the foreseeable future. Thank you to both the players and the fans who made the nearly-two years I've been obsessed involved with the game an enjoyable experience. I made a lot of friends within the game and I hope to continue those associations beyond it.

Cheers, and all the best.

Rossi. (also known as [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com])

Admittedly I'm a little sad that you're leaving, but I absolutely respect your right to do so. :)

Amanda has been one of my absolute favourites throughout the game; she's grown and changed so much; her individual storyline and past wonderfully creative and endlessly fascinating, and I think you gave her the most absulutely perfect ending possible. As for your second charater, I only liked Madelyn after you took the character over. You' ve plotted and participated in so many great things: Charlie, Madelyn's part in Infectia, and Lost in the Woods, the last of which is my favourite thing to come out of this game.

Thank you so much for all your wonderful writing here, and for sharing it with we the fans. So long, and we'll miss you.

And thank you for the kind words, both now and for various plots.

If you only knew how nervous I was leaving feedback for an rpg.

Do you have a fic journal? I'd like to read anything else you have done/are doing. (I'm desperarely trying to avoid sounding creepy and/or stalkerish. *g*)

I also have been posting the off bit of fanfic that I've been writing to my personal LJ. Check under the tags "fic" or "fanfic".

There's a possibility there's stuff Lise's site has missed, so try Fanfiction.net under "Rossi".

And thanks to the roomie for the free advertising. :)

Thanks for sharing Amanda's and Madelyn's stories with us. They were fantastic characters, and while I kept quiet mostly, I enjoyed them immensely. And thanks, most of all, for taking the time and leaving with a sense of conclusion to their stories. And, I might add, for finally fiving Hank a sex life.

Be safe, all three of you 8-)

And thank you. :) Conclusion was very important to me, and I'm glad I got the opportunity to do that.

Sorry to hear you're departing, but I hope you continue writing no matter what forum you choose. Your contributions to this game made for many a'blubbering over teary and humorous logs on my end as a fan. Your creative interpretation of a small supporting character in the comics into the wytchbrat we know and love is to be commended, in my humble opinion. Thanks for it all!

Salud,

Vaz

Thank you. :) The feedback at various times has been great, especially with the harder plots - it encourages us to keep pulling out the stops.

The plan is basically to get back into fanfic, which has been neglected horribly since XP, and a Firefly-'verse game with original characters called [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] which I'm helping to set up.

I can't say I was fond of Amanda when she arrived, but I sure learned to like her since. I will miss your pups and their talents in building a network of relationships with the other characters (that makes a game feel so much more real). Which applies foremost to Amanda of course, but I've seen that at work in Madelyn, too. Maybe the one thing they had in common ;). Oh, and seconded on the sense of conclusion bit.

Take care.

Oh, one last thing? The icon where Amanda is making faces in a photo-booth, do you still have that anywhere? Because I loved that one and I didn't save it.

You mean this one? [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] made it for me, and I love it equally so. :)

Thank you for the kind words. Especially the bit about relationships. The hardest part of "Lost In The Woods" was losing a lot of those.

Oh, yes, that's the one. Thank you so much!

I can imagine that it was hard. Especially seeing Amanda and Nathan drifting apart felt wrong for me.

You're welcome.

*nods* The Nathan part was really hard for me too, especially the recent months, but we were both playing IC and that's the way we felt it had to go. There's going to be a couple of logs from New Orleans, mainly to give [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] and [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] a chance for closure, since they haven't had it yet.
