"So," Wanda said, leaning her elbows on the table and cradling her drink between her fingers. "How is my dear father?"

John watched her for a long moment, a small ball of flame flickering along his fingertips. "How'd you know? That I was back in touch with him, I mean?"

"My dear boy." Wanda's smile was like a shark's. "It's what we do."

Though the walls and floors of the ancient keep were solid stone and had been standing for many generations, the screams of a five year old and the slapping of bare feet against the floor echoed throughout. Right behind him, Moira MacTaggart bellowed as best a frazzled mother could as she attempted to get a hold of her slippery son.

A literal term considering he was buck naked and had just escaped his bath.

When Rory happened upon the duo later, Kevin was hanging upside in his mothers arms as she carted him back towards his room. Both were now soaked water but also covered in mud and the other doctor made a note to firmly secure the window on the ground floor.

"Moira?" Rory asked but stopped at the glare she shot him as she attempted to avoid Kevin's kicking feet.

"Bother me about it when I've given Kevin 'ere his bath..." Nonononono. "Shush. His bath, another checkup." Noooooooo! "Kevin MacTaggart, stop tha' this instant!" Thhhhbt. "An' get a bath meself."

...Giggle.
