Crowning Moments of Awesome

To summarize - there are occasionally those moments in a movie, TV show, book or comic that are what a character will be remembered for. The kind of stuff that gets people going "Hey, remember when...?" "That was AWESOME!" years later.

X-Project has had its fair share of these for a number of characters. So what comes to mind for specific characters when you think of their Crowning Moment of Awesome?

Example: Remy LeBeau destroying the last possible link to his true identity.

Character-driven stuff, not big action scenes, but that's the sort of thing I tend to remember.

When I think about Crystal's "big moments", I usually wind up thinking about what are actually her not-so-great moments: attacking Logan in the gym, ordering Forge brought into a room in Attilan and being a bit cruel to him, and deciding to and carrying out starving Maximus.

I really like this log: Crystal/Maximus and Blackagar, unnamed boy. (http://community.livejournal.com/x_logs/1892029.html) This was The Sound of Silence log, the one I'd had in my head for more than half a year. I actually had very little to do with the writing of these logs. I was amazed at how well it turned out, but all of the credit there is due to Tap, Alan, and Alicia.

Throwing Logan through the doors is definitely Crystal's Crowning Moment of Awesome. Hell, there were people in- and out-of-character cheering that one.
