I even made a few notes while reading this time, but it all became blurry by now and one third of the notes were just names with some sort of emoticon or exclamation mark next to it and another third makes no sense to me anymore, so there's not so much left. But then someone else did a proper review already , so I just stick to the bits that I can still figure out and give up about the rest.
