Ask the Characters!
Jul. 15th, 2007 11:46 pmAzzy here, player of Julio and Jennie. Remember Ask the Characters? Well, I'm bringing it back. As hard as I can. Since we have some new players who haven't been around for the previous rounds.
The rules are simple and it's open to both the players and the readers at home.
Post a question for any character in the game, and get it answered in and/or out of character!
No question is sacred and probably the character won't lie to you.
For example!
Forge, if you could date any woman in the world, who would it be and why?
or
Lorna, why are you so mad Alex's dog knocked up yours?

Date: 2007-07-17 10:38 am (UTC)Plots I cannot adapt:
Age of Apocalypse. I could write an adaptation standing on my head, but it'd have to be too big and too game breaking for it to satisfy me as an adaptation. (As in, *every* character in the game would have to play along, or opt out of the game for the period of the plot, and I recognise that not everyone would want to.)
Ditto any comics plot that results in the mansion being destroyed/major status quo changes for most of that game. (Again, I could adapt the plots, but I would *want* to destroy the status quo as the point of the plot, and since I can't, I might as well do something else.)
This is the biggest weakness of X-project as a game, in my view - even if the the player base isn't conservative by nature the game *is*. There's a massive inbuilt resistance to doing anything that affects the status quo.
